Sivananda- is a classical hatha yoga session that encompasses proper breathing, flexibility, strength and vitality in the body while calming the mind. 
An Open Class includes: Initial relaxation (Savasana) , Breath exercises (Pranayama: Kapalabhati and Anuloma Viloma), Sun salutation (Surya Namaskar), 12 basic postures (Asanas) and Final relaxation (Savasana)
